1. What We Collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and the date you signed up. We also record which version of these Terms and the Privacy Policy you consented to at signup.
The waitlist form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from a human. Turnstile is privacy-preserving and does not use tracking cookies.
2. How We Use It
We use your email to:
- Notify you when a reviewer slot opens (waitlist)
- Communicate about your Panic session, if you book one
We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Email Marketing
If you join the waitlist, you’ll receive one email when a slot opens. We use Brevo to manage email delivery. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not currently run a web analytics product on this site. If that changes, we will update this section before turning it on.
5. Data Retention
Waitlist emails are retained until you request removal or until 12 months after the Service launches, whichever comes first.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@vibepanic.com.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. We’ll notify waitlist subscribers of material changes.
