Every reviewer has 10+ years of production experience. Median is 15 years. Hard rule: zero junior reviewers, ever. Vetting bar — shipped systems at scale (post-acquisition, post-IPO, founding eng at known companies), known personally to a current reviewer for 2+ years, and signed-off on first three deliveries by an existing reviewer before going solo.
You won't be sure — that's the point of booking. If the session lands on a different panic than the one you picked, we re-route you to the right reviewer at no extra cost. You always leave with a decision, not a matching problem.
