1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using vibePANIC (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

vibePANIC connects founders building with AI tools with vetted senior engineers for time-boxed technical reviews (“Panics”). The Service does not provide ongoing engineering labor, retainers, or guarantees of outcome.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of any materials you share during a Panic session. You agree not to share credentials, private keys, or sensitive personal data of third parties without appropriate authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

Verdicts and recommendations provided during a Panic session are for your use. vibePANIC retains no rights to your codebase or product.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” vibePANIC and its reviewers are not liable for decisions made based on Panic session feedback. Technical reviews are advisory only.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
